About Us

Both Homes and Small Businesses have grown more dependent on computers in recent years. While many need frequent support, they cannot afford a full-time Information Technology staff. Established in 2003 by a computer engineer and a psychologist in Santa Barbara, TechEase Computer Solutions LLC was created with these clients in mind. We have since expanded to Ventura county in response to the growing need for an outsourced personal IT department. We offer same day mobile response and Microsoft Certified technicians. Then we go a step further.

Personal Attention

You are assigned your own personal technician who will provide phone, e-mail, remote control and on-site support for all your technical needs. There’s no need to waste hours on hold only to explain your problem again and listen to a script from somebody who eventually shifts the blame elsewhere. Simply pick up the phone and call your personal IT department, TechEase, and we’ll take over the problem until it’s all the way fixed.

As your personal IT department we will provide proactive and responsive computer repair and networking support. Moreover, we will become well versed with your situation, your needs and your budget. We can then help you wade through the confusing technology landscape to ensure that you make the right purchases and decisions for you unique circumstances.
