We had a great time speaking at this year’s annual symposium for Santa Barbara and Ventura non-profits. Our session explored ways to leverage social media such as Twitter, YouTube and Facebook to promote donor loyalty. For non-profits, technology must be cheap and effective. As social media does not cost anything but time, it levels the playing field for our nonprofit clients to utilize their donor base to promote their cause. We were so lucky to have a very engaged audience who asked great questions and furthered the dialog. Working with nonprofits is always rewarding, and we were honored to have been invited to speak this year.
