The Northside Optimist Club of Santa Barbara presented TechEase with a Certificate of Appreciation today in gratitude for Evan Asher’s Technology Tips presentation this morning at the club’s monthly meeting.

In response to the Jesusita Fire, TechEase Computer Solutions is opening its office to residents affected by the fire. The Santa Barbara computer support company will also provide three months of online backups for free to new clients wishing to protect their important data from loss due to fire or the surrounding fall-out.

The Westside Boys and Girls Club honored TechEase as Community Partner of the Year for its pro bono work in 2008. Over the course of the year, TechEase donated over $8,000.00 in services and hardware to the club. The award ceremony was well-attended, and took place at the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum.
