AmeriFlex

Like many of our financial services clients, Ameriflex is under strict regulations in terms of the security of their computers and data. They also need real-time access to their information.  Downtime, even for minutes, can be quite costly.

To begin with we spent quality time with Ameriflex to learn their needs and cater an IT strategy that worked for them.  As a partner in their success, we setup redudant file sharing and power supplies to minimize downtime. We brought all of their systems up to spec with regards to security regulations, including fingerprint access for computers. We setup e-mail to a secure Exchange server which complied with industry standards, yet allowed them greater flexibility and power than their previous e-mail system.

Over the years Ameriflex has grown significantly, and they benefited from a strategy that took growth into consideration.  Today they are flourishing, and we’re proud to be their partner.
